Deposits and Payments

1. Deposits



1.1. A deposit is required to secure or reserve a product.

1.2. The amount of the deposit will be agreed upon at the time of order.

1.3. All deposits are non-refundable. However, customers may choose to use the deposited amount as store credit or to exchange it for another product of equal value.

If the selected product is of

higher value, the customer shall pay the difference in price at the time of exchange.


2. Payment Period


2.1. The remaining balance must be paid in full within two (2) weeks from the date the deposit is placed.

2.2. Failure to complete payment within this period will result in the product being released for sale to other customers.

2.3. The deposit will be converted into store credit, which the client may use to purchase other products.


3. Product Collection

3.1. Products must be collected within the agreed timeframe after full payment has been made.

3.2. Proof of payment (receipt or invoice) must be presented at the time of collection.


4. Product Availability and Substitution


4.1. During the two-week holding period following the deposit, the product’s price shall remain fixed at the rate in effect on the date the deposit was made, regardless of any subsequent price changes.

Upon expiration of the holding period, the product will revert to the current store price.


5. Cancellations


5.1. Customers who choose to cancel their order after placing a deposit are not entitled to a refund.

5.2. The deposit amount will be held as store credit, redeemable toward another product.


6. General


6.1. By placing a deposit, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

6.2. The business reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Month Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage


This 1-Month Limited Warranty covers the product against manufacturing defects or failures that cause the product to stop functioning under normal use.


Covered issues include:


Internal component defects Assembly or workmanship faults electrical or mechanical malfunction caused by manufacturer error.


All products are thoroughly tested and inspected prior to sale. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. The Company reserves the right to request photographic evidence of any reported defect and to require the customer to return the product for inspection and verification. Furthermore, the Company may conduct reasonable inquiries with the customer regarding the product, its usage, and the justification for its return, in order to

ensure compliance with the Company’s return policy and quality control procedures.

The business reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.


2. Warranty Period


The warranty is valid for one 1 month from the original date of purchase, as shown on the customer’s receipt or invoice.

After this period, the warranty automatically expires.


3. Proof of Purchase


To claim warranty service, customers must present:


A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), and the original product in reasonable condition for inspection.


4. Warranty Service


If the product fails to function properly due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period:


The Company will, at its discretion, replace the product, issue a refund, or allow the customer to choose another item of equal value. If the selected item has a higher value than the original product, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

Replacement units may be provided in the same condition as when originally purchased by the customer, whether new or used.

The warranty period shall be renewed if, upon inspection, it is determined that the product’s malfunction was not the result of customer misuse, negligence, or damage.


5. Exclusions


This warranty does not cover:


Damage caused by misuse, negligence, impact, dropping, or liquid exposure

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

normal wear and tear Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage that does not affect product function


6. Customer Responsibility


Customers are responsible for:


Proper use and care of the product

Returning the product for evaluation when a claim is made.


7. Limitation of Liability


The Company’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to, at its discretion, replacing or refunding the defective product, or permitting the customer to choose another item of equivalent value.

The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, inconvenience, or loss of profits.
